IMDb has published a list of the “Most Popular Indian Web Series of 2022 (So Far)” based on what the Indian public has viewed so far, and these 10 series have garnered user ratings of 7 or higher from the fans.

    1. Campus Diaries (MX Player)

    The show seemed to have connected with the younger audience despite being set in a college. The show has an IMDb rating of 9, based on approximately 15,000 votes, with almost 80% of fans giving it a perfect score of 10. The show is marketed as a “coming-of-age drama” that explores the struggles faced by college students as they navigate love, friendships, life, and college. The show, which was created by Prem Mistry and Abhishek Yadav, features Srishti Ganguli Rindani, Harsh Beniwal, Ritvik Sahore, Saloni Gaur, and Salonie Patel.

    2. The Great Indian Murder (Disney+ Hotstar)

    The Tigmanshu Dhulia performance debuted to unfavorable reviews, yet it appears that the audience was there for it. Based on around 13,000 votes, the programme has a 7.3 rating, with almost 60% of respondents giving it a 10/10. The television show, which starred Pratik Gandhi and Richa Chadha, was based on Vikas Swarup’s 2016 murder-mystery novel “Six Suspects.” The murder of an industrialist at a party sets off the storyline of the programme, and everyone who was there—as well as anybody who wasn’t—becomes a suspect.

    3. Rocket Boys (Sony LIV)

    Rocket Boys, one of the more intriguing television shows this year, chronicled the scientific endeavors of Homi Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai as they helped the newly independent India enter the realm of scientific achievement. The Sony LIV programme, which features Jim Sarbh and Ishvak Singh, has a rating of 8.9 based on 11,000 votes, with over 65% of viewers giving it a perfect grade.

    4. Panchayat (Prime Video)

    This year, the Jitendra Kumar-starring show made an unexpected return for a second season. Based on more than 65,000 votes, the show has an 8.9 rating, with over 57% of viewers rating it 10 out of 10. The drama takes place in an Uttar Pradesh hamlet where a UPSC hopeful finds employment at the Panchayat office. Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta play significant parts in the show as well.

    5. Human (Disney+ Hotstar)

    The setting of the Shefali Shah and Kirti Kulhari show was the world of medicine, where human trials are the seedy side of the business. With over 10,000 individuals voting for it, the show has an IMDb user rating of 8. Nearly 56% of viewers rated it a perfect score.

    6. Yeh Kaali Kaali Ankhein (Netflix)

    This Netflix production, which stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Shweta Tripathi, and Anchal Singh, immediately became well-liked by viewers. Starring Jaaved Jaaferi, Siddharth, Plabita Borthakur, Shweta Tripathi, and Ritvik Sahore, among others, the show has a rating of 7.8 based on 4,000 votes. Almost 55 percent of the viewers gave it a full score.

    9. Mai (Netflix)

    The Netflix series, which stars Sakshi Tanwar as the title character, centers on a mom who is attempting to solve the death of her daughter. The show has a rating of 7.2 based on approximately 4,500 votes, with just 29% of viewers giving it a perfect grade.

    10. The Fame Game (Netflix)

    The Fame Game, which starred Madhuri Dixit in the title role, was much anticipated when it was released. The drama was based on the disappearance of a well-known actor from a movie, and the investigation that followed revealed her dark, secretive past. The programme, which also features Sanjay Kapoor, has a rating of 7 based on 21,000 votes, with just 24% of users giving it a perfect grade.
