According to rumours, Aryan Khan will make his acting debut in the six-episode online series Stardom.
Aryan Khan, the oldest son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, has been in the news recently. He has fascinated fans by introducing his own booze brand, D’yavol, and high-end clothing line, D’yavol X, as well as by building anticipation for his debut directorial effort. Now, it is being reported that he has given the upcoming project the name “Stardom” after saying that he finished scripting his web series back in December 2022.
India Times claims that the 25-year-old is prepared to make his screenwriting and directing debut with Stardom. Red Chillies Entertainment will create the web series, which is rumoured to be a six-episode thriller. Speaking about the movie’s specifics, it will be shown on a top OTT platform and based on the actual movie business. The programme will be launched in 2023 and is presently under production.
The source, which the portal cited, claims that the series title is a word that every “cine lover resonates with.” It is being said that the filmmaker plans on revealing details about the show in a few months. The source added, “The series is set against the backdrop of the film industry and what better title than Stardom.”
As was previously reported, Lior Raz of the well-known Israeli television programme Fauda has been assisting Aryan with his first effort.
For those who don’t know, Aryan is the oldest son of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan. At the University of Southern California, he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinematic Arts, Film and Television Production. Suhana Khan, his younger sister, will also be making her Bollywood acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s “The Archies,” opposite Agastya Nanda and Khushi Kapoor.
