Saiyad Sana Khan, an Indian actress, model, and dancer, was born on August 21, 1988. She primarily worked in the Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu cinema industries.
Khan started her career as a model and has since been in commercials, feature films, and television shows. She has been in over 50 commercials and has appeared in 14 films in five languages. She was a finalist on Bigg Boss 6 in 2012, where she competed as a contestant.
Sana Khan is a Mumbai native who grew up in the city (Dharavi). Her mother, Saeeda, is from Mumbai, while her father is a Malayali Muslim from Kannur, Kerala. Sana Khan made her acting debut in the adult Hindi film Yehi Hai High Society, which was released in 2005 on a low budget. She began to feature in television commercials and other advertisements after that.
She has appeared in over 50 commercials, including a Shirish Kunder-directed cosmetic advertisement in July 2007. She’s also done commercials for Secret Temptation deodorant, Yatra.com, and the Xbox 360 video gaming console. Khan was a celebrity competitor in the sixth season of Bigg Boss, the Indian version of the reality TV show in October 2012.
