Director Rohit Shetty and his cast of Sooryavanshi are very excited now. Finally, after waiting for one and a half years, the film will be released on Diwali 2021. The police drama stars Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles. Sooryavanshi also has Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh in cameo roles
While the trio is in full swing promoting the movie, Rohit Shetty shared a picture of him with Akshay Kumar. The click is from the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show. The picture has Akshay Kumar resting on Rohit’s lap as he lies down on the sofa.
Interestingly, Rohit Shetty gave this picture a Hera Pheri Twist rote, “Picture dekhne ke baad When Raju knows that SACH MEIN 25 DIN MEIN PAISA DOUBLE hone waala hai @akshaykumar” LOL!
Nonetheless, the Hera Pheri series starred Akshay Kumar who played Raju in the movie. Akshay’s character is shown investing in some random schemes. The scheme would help one get double the amount they have invested in the least number of days. Well, it’s true Akshay Kumar’s films are often observed making huge box office collections. It is expected that Sooryavanshi won’t be any different.
A few days ago, the film’s heroine Katrina Kaif had posted a hilarious video of Rohit Shetty and Akshay Kumar. The picture shows that they were all excited about the movie promotions. The video had the filmmaker and actor lazing around, she captioned this Instagram post as, “Just look at the excitement of the boys for our first-day promotions together @itsrohitshetty @akshaykumar #sooryavanshiintheatres #sundayvibes #sooryavanshi NOV 5.”
Replying to Katrina’s post Akshay commented, “Waiting for #Sooryavanshi for a year and a half. Now, a few moments of peace to banta hai Nah! But pranksters like you clearly want trouble @katrinakaif. No worries, #AaRahiHaiPolice”
