Veteran actor Anupam Kher has been active on social media. The actor also post videos in which he shares his view and opinion on certain topics. He recently took to his Twitter handle and informed his fans that he has lost 80,000 followers in the last 36 hours.
Anupam tweet reads, ‘Dear @Twitter and @TwitterIndia! I have 80,000 less followers in the last 35 hours! Is there a glitch in your app or something else is happening!! It is an observation. Not a complaint…. yet.:)’ Several other celebrities have also experienced the same. Earlier, Kangana Ranaut and Amitabh Bachchan also revealed that they lost followers on social media.
Amitabh Bachchan had dedicated a poem to Twitter after losing followers, He wrote, ‘T 2599 – TWITTER …!!?? you reduced my number of followees …!!?? HAHAHAHAHAHA .. !! that’s a joke.. time to get off from you.. thank you for the ride.. there are many ‘other’ fish in the sea – and a lot more exciting!!’
Anupam Kher is also active on the Indian homegroup app Koo and shared a video and informed about crossing the one million mark. The actor had also shared a video of a cake which was sent to him by the founders of the platform. The actor also revealed that he has crossed 1 million followers on Koo which has reached this landmark in just 100 days.
On the work front, Anupam Kher will be seen narrating the upcoming documentary film, ‘Bhuj: The day india Shook’, the trailer of which was released earlier this week. The documentary talks about of the devastating earthquake of 2021 and captures first person accounts of survivors rescuers, journalists, photographers, and earth scientists. The film is all set to scheduled to release on June 11 on discovery+
