Actor Ronit Roy has shared chilling details following Saif Ali Khan’s stabbing in January. He revealed that Kareena Kapoor was terrified when their car was mobbed outside the hospital after Saif’s discharge.
In an interview with Hindi Rush, Ronit said Kareena called him in panic, fearing for Saif’s safety. “We immediately arranged tight security and coordinated with local police. Thankfully, they both got home safely,” he recalled.
He added that he found serious security lapses at Saif’s residence during a post-incident review, which were soon addressed. “The exits weren’t secure, and surveillance was weak,” he noted.
Saif suffered six stab wounds, two of which were dangerously near his spine. Later, a 2.5-inch knife was taken out by the doctors. It was one of the most concerning celebrity security breaches in recent history when the assailant broke into their Bandra home and entered Jeh’s bedroom.
