Ajay Devgn is going to be a part of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming magnum opus ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. Ajay Devgn is reuniting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali 22 years after the hit film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ which released in 1999.

Ajay Devgn will start shooting for the film from today (Saturday). The actor has a significant role in the film, which stars Alia Bhatt as the lead. Ajay and Alia will also share the screen together in SS Rajamouli’s upcoming multilingual film ‘RRR’ starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR.
Gangubai Kathiawadi movie is inspired by life of Gangubai,madam of a brothel from Kamathipura. It is based on chapter from Mafia Queens Of Mumbai by Hussain Zaidi.
The teaser was released few days ago, which raised the excitement among the movie lovers. In the teaser, Alia is shown bold, bossy and feisty with strong dialogues. Alia has worked hard on her dialect to match the slang of Kamathipura region. The background score in the teaser keeps you hooked.
The movie is all set to hit the Screens on 30th July, 2021.
