On which platform was Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari released?

After a protracted closure due to Covid-19, Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari became the first Hindi film to be released in theatres. The movie will now be re-released on the OTT platform. On December 4, it will be available as a pay-per-view on ZeePlex.

Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari is a satirical comedy-drama film directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Zee Studios that will be released in India in 2020. Manoj Bajpayee, Diljit Dosanjh, and Fatima Sana Shaikh play key roles in the film.

Madhu Mangal Rane (Manoj Bajpayee) plays a wedding detective who conducts background checks on grooms in the year 1995. Because there were no mobile phones or social media in the 1990s, people had to deal with everything physically. This leads to a competition between Suraj Singh Dhillon and Mangal, as well as several amusing circumstances.

Javed – Mohsin and Kingshuk Chakravarty composed the film’s soundtrack, while Danish Sabri, Kunaal Vermaa, Abhishek Sharma, and Mellow D wrote the lyrics. The song ‘Bad Boys’ was influenced by a Tamil song by STR called ‘Love Pannalama’ and a Snoop Dogg song called ‘The Episode.’

Principal photography began on January 6, 2020, but was interrupted in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 outbreak in India, and resumed in July 2020.
