In front of The Kashmir Files, Bachchan Pandey’s box office has cooled down. Akshay Kumar’s film Bachchan Pandey has collected only 36 crores on the first weekend.
Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Bachchan Pandey’ could barely touch the figure of Rs 13.25 crore on the first day. The film’s collection on the second day was around Rs 12 crore. On the third day i.e. on Sunday, the film earned 11 crores. In this way, the film has collected only 36 crores in three days. If seen in this way, this multistarrer film has not been able to do anything special in the first weekend. On the other hand, if we talk about the collection of ‘The Kashmir Files’, then this film is earning bumper.
Before the release, it was being speculated that Bachchan Pandey might get an opening of 20 crores but it did not happen. On the second day there was a further decrease in earnings and the collection fell to 12 crores. On the third day i.e. Sunday, the collection dropped at 11 crores, which was not expected at all. The Kashmir Files became the reason behind the decline in Bachchan Pandey’s earnings. Kashmir Files was promoted in the name of Hindu Muslim. Entire BJP and RSS engaged in campaigning. The result of which is that Bachchan Pandey is seen falling face to face at the box office.
Significantly, it has been more than 10 days since the release of Vivek Agnihotri’s film. The film has entered the 150 crore club in the second week of its release. Talking about the total collection so far, the film has earned approximately Rs 170 crore in 10 days. Soon this film is going to join the club of 200 crores.
