Tum Mere Ho: Gurmeet turns producer, Isha debuts

The trailer for Tum Mere Ho pairs Gurmeet Choudhary's first production with Isha Malviya's Hindi film debut and a large music lineup.

Tum Mere Ho: Gurmeet turns producer, Isha debuts

The first trailer for Tum Mere Ho arrived on October 9 with a clear promise: a love story that also wants to deliver heartbreak, passion and action at scale. Gurmeet Choudhary fronts the film in a role that moves between romance, action and emotional conflict. Isha Malviya makes her Hindi cinema debut alongside him.

A producing debut wrapped inside a love story

Choudhary’s stake is larger than his screen time. Tum Mere Ho is the first project under his banner Deb Guru Films, made in collaboration with Reva Creative House. He described the film as “extremely special” because it is both his first journey as a producer and a story he believes in.

Malviya called the experience “incredibly special,” adding that she hopes audiences connect with the characters. Director Ashish Panda said the aim was to balance a larger-than-life visual scale with an emotional core. He described the trailer as “just a glimpse” of the film.

The actor-producer pivot

In Hindi cinema, the actor-producer move has repeatedly been a way for performers to commission the roles the market may not otherwise offer. Choudhary’s debut banner project fits that pattern: the film asks audiences to accept him in a multi-shaded lead while also testing whether Deb Guru Films can deliver a full theatrical package.

The supporting architecture

Aarti S and Debina Bonnerjee produce, with Romanch Mehta and Aman Riyastee as co-producers. Anushkaa Luhar and Shaan Grover round out the cast. The behind-the-scenes structure matters because Choudhary is not only selling the film; he is also selling the promise of a new production house.

Music is positioned as a headline

The makers have assembled a wide bench of composers and singers. The credits include Mithoon, Vishal Mishra, Sanju Rathod, Asees Kaur, Madhur Sharma, Javed Ali, Arjuna Harjai and others. In Hindi romance, a multi-artist soundtrack often works as a bridge between a modest first look and wider audience familiarity. It gives the film several entry points before release.

  • Production: Gurmeet Choudhary’s first producing credit, under Deb Guru Films with Reva Creative House.
  • Debut: Isha Malviya’s first Hindi feature, opposite Choudhary.
  • Direction: Ashish Panda, with Aarti S and Debina Bonnerjee producing.
  • Music: A multi-artist lineup including Mithoon, Vishal Mishra, Asees Kaur and Javed Ali.

What to watch next

The trailer positions Tum Mere Ho as a broader commercial romance than the title alone suggests. The real test comes with the next asset drop: the songs. If the soundtrack connects first, it can do the heavy lifting that a debut pairing and a new production house cannot do on recognition alone. No release date has been announced yet.
