As India goes through a rough phase due to the Covid-19 pandemic, several Bollywood stars have come together to spread awareness on social media. Actor Varun Dhawan also took to Instagram and wrote a positive.
Varun Dhawan captioned the post as, ‘We are in this Together’, and wrote, “If we all survive this, as I hope we shall remember that when it came down to it, we didn’t fight for land or weapons or house or jewellery.”
He also stated that we all should remember that we fought for air, “We didn’t fight for concert tickets or fancy designations or religions or politics. We didn’t fight for shares in a company or a seat at the table. We didn’t fight for business class tickets or the keys to a house by the beach. When all this is over, remember, that we fought for air,”

On Saturday, the Union Health Ministry reported, A total of 4,01,993 fresh Covid-19 cases have been recorded in the country taking the cumulative count of the cases to 1,91,64,969.
On the work front, Varun Dhawan had recently announced the wrap of his upcoming film ‘Bhediya’ in Arunachal Pradesh. The movie also stars Kriti Sanon. Varun will also be a part of ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ starring Kiara Advani, Neetu Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. Varun will also be seen in the upcoming war drama Rannbhoomi, which is being directed by Shashank Khaitan. The movie will be produced by Karan Johar.
