Movie Review by Ratan Srivastava- Delivering a scathing verdict with a one-star rating for Crakk, starring Vidyut Jammwal, Arjun Rampal, and Nora Fatehi. The film fails to captivate audiences, leaving them stranded in an action-packed abyss with a shallow plot.
One major flaw highlighted in the critique is Crakk’s missed opportunity to explore a more emotionally charged and revenge-driven narrative, especially in relation to Siddharth’s character. Instead, the film portrays him as a bumbling fool, diminishing the impact of crucial moments surrounding Nihal’s demise. Jammwal, also serving as the producer, navigates through the film with a character that is deemed the most confused in the feature.
Despite these narrative shortcomings, Crakk manages to shine in its action choreography by Kerry Gregg and cinematography by Mark Hamilton. The film showcases visually captivating scenes, from gritty Mumbai streets to Mad Max-inspired landscapes. However, the relentless focus on daredevil moves and stunts overwhelms the plot, leaving viewers longing for a more cohesive cinematic experience.
