After starring in Magic Mike, Joe Manganiello established himself as one of Hollywood’s fittest actors. According to Men’s Health, the actor had to get in the best form of his life for the role, which he achieved through CrossFit, bodybuilding, and working out six days a week.
Chris Pratt
Chris Pratt changed his look after securing roles in Jurassic World and Guardians of the Galaxy. The actor now maintains a strenuous fitness routine, although he lost the majority of his weight by avoiding junk food and booze.
Kevin Hart
Kevin Hart is recognized for being one of Hollywood’s hardest workers, including in the gym. The actor focuses on cardio, weight, and core work to keep his proportions in line, and makes sure to put his exercises in even when he travels. He also works out with his frequent costar, The Rock.
Hugh Jackman
Hugh Jackman concentrated on weight training when he had to turn into Wolverine in 2009. “I go to the gym for an hour and a half every day and consume a thousand calories more each day than I typically would. I also put forth a lot of effort in my training. I put Godsmack and Metallica on repeat. I scream and yell to help me get into character and get in a good workout “‘Men’s Health,’ he said.
