India’s ‘Disco King’ Bappi Lahri‘s untimely demise has left a huge void in the music industry. He passed away on Tuesday night due to OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea), at Mumbai CritiCare Hospital. The mortal remains of the legendary singer have been currently brought to his residence in Mumbai and several celebrities are seen arriving to offer condolences to the family.
Kajol along with her mother Tanuja was snapped outside the singer’s residence. They were joined by Alka Yagnik, Rakesh Roshan, Shaan, Shivangi Kolhapuri, and Padmini Kolhapuri to mourn the loss.
Earlier, the members of his family had released an official statement that read, “It’s a deeply sad moment for us. The cremation will take on the arrival of Bappa From LA tomorrow mid-morning. We are seeking love and blessings for his soul. We will keep you updated .”
Meanwhile, professionally, Bappi Lahiri’s last song titled ‘Bhankas’ was a part of the 2020 film ‘Baaghi 3’ starring Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor.
