Actress Janhvi Kapoor is rocking the new year. The actress has allegedly bought a new house in Juhu which is spread over three floors and is priced at Rs. 39 crores.
Now, it is revealed that the three-film actress has earned a Rs. 23 crore home loan for purchase. The deal for Triple X was finalized on December 7, 2020. The home loan was registered on 10 December. 78 lakhs for triplex.
Triplex Hatakesh is part of the CHSL Cooperative Society and is located at the JVP (Juhu Vile Parle Development Scheme) in Vile Parle West. The apartment also has six car parking spaces.
According to Square Feet India, “The construction of the flats is spread over the 14th, 15th and 16th floors in the building named Araya Building. The carpet area of the flat is 3,456 as per the documents accessed by Squarefitindia.”
On the work front, only three films are old in the Janhvi Kapoor industry. Actress made her debut with Throb A short film and then Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. A series of actresses that include Dostana 2, Ruhi Afzana, Takht, Helen Remake, and Kolamavu Nightingale Remake.
