Savyasachi is a psychological action movie written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti and produced by Naveen Yerneni, C.V. Mohan, and Y. Ravi Shankar under the brand Of Mythri Movie Makers in 2018. Naga Chaitanya, Madhavan (on his Telugu debut), Niddhi Agerwal, and Bhumika Chawla star in the film. According to Mythri Movie Makers, Savyasachi had a budget of 24 crores (US$3.2 million).
In July 2018, Savyasachi completed the last stages of filming. In September 2018, post-production was completed. The movie was supposed to be released in March 2018, however, it was pushed back to June 2018 and then to November 2018.
M. M. Keeravani composed the soundtrack, which was released by Lahari Music. The song ‘Ninnu Road Meedha’ is a remake of Nagarjuna’s famous hit ‘Ninnu Road Meedha’ from the movie Allari Alludu.
On the first day of release, Savyasachi earned 3.29 crores in Telugu-speaking states. The film grossed a total of 11.70 crores in two days, with a worldwide share of 6.30 crores. The film grossed a total of 16 crores in its first weekend, with a worldwide share of 8.50 crores.
The film begins with a bus accident in Himachal Pradesh, with Vikram Aditya emerging as one of the few survivors. The context of the rare twin condition is established here. Vikram lives with his sister (Bhumika), her husband, and their adorable child. The college episode, which also includes songs and alleged hilarity accompanied by Vennela Kishore, is for the love and hilarious tunes.
Vikram is smitten by Chitra (Nidhi Agarwal) and tries to win her over. He travels to the United States with Chitra for an ad shoot as an ad filmmaker. When both of the new lovebirds return home, Vikram receives the shock of his life when his niece is abducted.
