How is the film Runner Runner?

Runner Runner is a 2013 American crime thriller film directed by Brad Furman and starring Justin Timberlake, Ben Affleck, Gemma Arterton, and Anthony Mackie. It was written by Brian Koppelman and David Levien and produced by Brad Furman.

The film received mostly poor reviews from reviewers and grossed $62 million in the United States when it was released on October 4, 2013.
The majority of the filming took place in Puerto Rico and on the Princeton University campus from the summer until the winter of 2012. Although the film contains multiple vivid hints that all of the events take place in Costa Rica, none of the sequences were shot there.

The film came in third place with $7.8 million in its opening weekend, behind Gravity and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2. It earned $19.3 million in North America and $43.4 million elsewhere, for a total of $62.7 million worldwide.
