    Does Tony Stark still own Stark Industries MCU?

    Howard Stark established and owns Stark Industries, weaponry, and technology firm. Ownership transferred to Howard’s son, Tony Stark, after his death, and the corporation was overseen by Obadiah Stane until Tony was old enough to take charge.

    The Industry has constructed 100,000 planes for the Allies during World War II, swiftly establishing themselves as a military contractor. In addition, Stark Industries aided the Strategic Scientific Reserve in their war against HYDRA.

Stark Industries became the world leader in the development of sophisticated weapons under Tony’s leadership. It swiftly expanded into other disciplines of study, such as aeronautics, robotics, microtechnology, and fringe science.

    Following his release from captivity, Tony halted the production of weaponry and instead focused on sustainable energy. Tony later discovers that the Palladium core of his Arc reactor is slowly poisoning him and appoints Pepper Potts as Chairman and CEO of Stark Industries, though she resigns once Tony discovers a treatment for the palladium poisoning that was killing him. Pepper was re-hired as CEO after the Battle of New York.
