Salman Khan’s Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai premiered on Eid in May this year. The film had an OTT release on Zee5. This was due to the second wave of COVID-19.
However, the film received mixed reviews from the audience and critics. Now, after five months, the movie has been re-released in a theatre in Tripura. Surprisingly, the fans have been gathering in the cinema halls to watch the movie since its release. More than 300 tickets have been sold in the past six days.
Considering the response, the cinema hall owner has decided to run the film the following week too. However, he also added that they will be able to play the film till October 9 only as a Bengali film is releasing on Sunday, October 10, on the occasion of Durga Puja.
Reportedly Satadeep Saha of SSR Cinemas said, “We are running three shows a day. The film has been generating very good collections. Saha added, “300+ tickets have been sold in 6 days. The film has collected Rs.40,000 approximately till now this week.”
Along with Salman Khan, Radhe also features Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda, and Jackie Shroff in important roles. The Prabhu Deva directorial was produced by Salman Khan, Sohail Khan, Atul Agnihotri and Zee Studios.
