Katrina Kaif was seen watching Vicky Kaushal’s movie “Sardar Udham Singh” on Friday night. It appears that the actress missed the first round of the movie’s screening on Thursday night.
In the film, Vicky Kaushal is seen as Udham Singh, who assassinated Michael O’ Dwyer. He was the former lieutenant governor of Punjab. Sardar Udham Singh killed him in revenge for the Jallianwala Bagh massacre in Amritsar in 1919. Udham Singh was sentenced for the murder and hanged in July 1940.
Apart from Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Rajkumar Hirani, were also present at the screening on Friday night. Katrina looked business-like in a black skirt and white top. The actress completed her look with black high heel shoes. Kiara Advani was wearing a pastel blue dress.
Meanwhile, Sardar Udham Singh also stars Shaun Scott, Stephen Hogan, Banita Sandhu, and Kirsty Averton in important roles. The film is directed by Shoojit Sircar and will not have a theatrical release. Instead, the movie will stream on the OTT platform, Amazon Prime Video from October 16.
Reportedly, Katrina Kaif and Vicky started dating in 2019. Around that time, they trended big time after they were spotted at a dinner date in Mumbai. Photos from the date were instantly viral on social media.
Earlier this year, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor (Son of Anil Kapoor) appeared on Zoom’s chat show “By Invite Only”. During the chat session with the host, Harsh Varrdhan confirmed that the duo is in a relationship. “Vicky and Katrina are together, that’s true. Am I going to get in trouble for saying this? I don’t know. I think they’re quite open about it,” he said.
During an episode of Karan Johar’s talk show “Koffee With Karan” Katrina Kaif said that she would “look good with Vicky Kaushal on screen.” Vicky Kaushal pretended to be shocked when he was told about Katrina’s statement during the show.
