Karan Johar Introduces 14 New Directors On 40 Years Of Dharma Productions

Karan Johar has been revamping his company Dharma Productions. Earlier, he introduced four new faces to star in his movies. The production house has been in the world of Indian entertainment for 40 years. Dharma Production has now got 14 new storytellers on board under the Directors of Dharma. The filmmaker shared a video to make the announcement where he is seen talking about the collaboration. The 14 directors can also be seen posing for a stylish photoshoot in the video.

Karan Johar is seen sharing insights into the values held by Dharma Productions and introducting 14 directors who will be helming different films. He wrote, “Over the last four decades, #DharmaProductions has groomed over 20 directors who have honed their skill set over the years to create magic on the big screen, and now #TeamDharma is all set to usher in a new age of cinema with 14 young and talented storytellers joining the Dharma family.”

He further added, “Their modern perspective on cinema will bring in a new era of content, spreading across the mediums. Be it theatrical or digital, our new roster of storytellers are ready for it all. The #DirectorsOfDharma have many stories brewing in their kitchen, and I can’t wait to see what they bring to the table. Stay tuned.

On Wednesday, Karan Johar announced five new Netflix projects as his Dharmatic banner that will stream on Netflix soon. The filmmaker made the announcement on his Twitter account while sharing a video giving a glimpse into his upcoming projects. The five Dharma projects are Finding Anamika starring Madhuri Dixit, Ajeeb Daastaans, Meenakshi Sundareshwar, Searching for Sheela, and Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives Season 2.

Karan Johar shared the video and captioned it, “It’s a big day for #TeamDharmatic! We’re super excited to announce 5 new projects under the @dharmaticent banner, coming soon on @netflix_in!”
