The With the trailer of Farrey receiving great reviews, Alizeh, Zeyn Shaw, Prasanna Bisht, and Sahil Mehta starrer high school thriller is much anticipated. The film’s title track sung by MC Stan has caught up with the audience. Farrey directed by Soumendra Padhi is a hard-hitting tale bringing out an unseen side of the educational world.
At the film’s trailer launch, Soumdendra spoke about how films in these genres are not made very often and that the younger generation must watch this story. Well, adding the right impact to Farrey is Alizeh’s raw and natural performance. It was quite a conscious and welcome decision for the young actress to opt for a de-glam role like this one. Even Zeyn, Prasanna, and Sahil left a strong impact in a few glimpses of their performance, only leaving fans excited to undiscover more.
Talking about the same she said, “In a business that changes every day, to make an impact you need to do something unexpected. That is exactly why I chose this film, it was a very conscious decision.”
Adding to this Soumendra shared, “This is a genre which is much loved today, and Farrey’s subject is such that it has not been attempted before, so every youngster needs to watch it. The story has its heart in the right place, and it surely is impactful.”
Farrey is directed by national award-winning director Soumendra Padhi and stars Alizeh, Zeyn Shaw, Sahil Mehta, Prasanna Bisht, Ronit Bose Roy, and Juhi Babbar Soni in pivotal roles. The high-school thriller drama is produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Agnihotri, Nikhil Namit, and Sunil Kheterpal. Farrey releases on 24th November 2023.
