Yesterday, everyone was startled and devastated by some tragic news. Sidhu Moose Wala, a prominent Punjabi musician and rapper, was killed in the Mansa district’s Jawaharke village. The Punjab Police removed the security of 424 persons, including Punjabi artist Sidhu Moose Wala, the day before this terrible and shocking tragedy. Drake captioned the photo, “This is a wonderful picture. “RIP Moose,” while using the singer’s official account as a hashtag Apart from him, Ranveer Singh used his Instagram account to post a photo of Sidhu Moose Wala striking his signature posture. Ranveer captioned this photo with “Dil da ni mada…” and a devastated emoji. Vicky Kaushal shared the same lyric from Sidhu Moose Wala’s song on his Instagram stories, writing ‘Dil da ni mada’. Kapil Sharma turned to Twitter to express his displeasure with the situation, writing, “Satnam shri waheguru very shocking n very sad, a great artist n a wonderful human being, may god give the strengths to his family #sidhumoosewala.”
In a recent Facebook post, popular musician Mika Singh voiced his outrage and urged harsh punishment for the murderers of Sidhu Moose Wala. He penned, “I often say I’m pleased to be Punjabi, but I’m ashamed to say that tonight. @sidhu moosewala, a young brilliant lad barely 28 years old, who was so popular and had such a bright future ahead of him, was slain in Punjab by Punjabis. May God continue to bless his spirit and provide him eternal peace. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. Please take harsh action against these criminals, #Punjabsarkar. Heartbreaking.” He also posted a selfie of himself and Sidhu Moose Wala. Goldy Brar, a criminal from Canada, has claimed responsibility for the murder.
The Punjab Police removed the security of 424 persons, including rapper Sidhu Moose Wala, the day before this terrible and shocking tragedy. Retired police officers, religious and political figures were among the VIPs whose security was reportedly withdrawn.
