Bollywood star Arjun Kapoor has recently bought a luxurious sky-villa in Mumbai’s Bandra. As per reports, the actor has estimated amount of Rs 20 to 23 crore for his 4BHK sea-facing property. The most interesting facts is that Arjun’s new flat is right next to his girlfriend and actress Malaika Arora’s in Bandra.
Arjun Kapoor has been enjoying the success of his films Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and Sardar Ka Grandson. The actor has now gifted himself a brand new property in Mumbai’s Bandra. He recently completed ten years of being in the film industry and has marked the milestone. Arjun bought a swanky 4 bedroom-hall- kitchen sky-villa in one of Mumbai’s posh locales in Bandra.
As per the recent report, Arjun’s recent property is 26 floors tall, 81 Aureate in the Bandra West. There is no confirmation about the amount paid by the actor but it costs around Rs 20-23 crore. The villa features 10 high-speed and 4 personalized sea-facing capsule elevators, pools, gym, pet corner, library, play area, mini-golf course, spa and more.
Besides Arjun Kapoor, Other B-town celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor reside in the same locality.
On the work front, Arjun Kapoor has film Bhoot Police featuring Jacqueline Fernandez, yami Gautam and Saif Ali Khan, directed by Pavan Kirpalani in the pipeline. The actor had recently finished up the first schedule of Mohit Suri’s Ek Villain Returns starring John Abraham, Disha Patani and Tara Sutaria.
