Bollywood fame Ajay Devgn has bought a lavish bungalow in Juhu at the whopping amount of Rs 60 crore. According to the reports, the house is worth Rs 60 crore and is located in the Juhu area. The bungalow is spread across 590 sq yards is near by the actor’s existing bungalow, Shakti, which is also situated in the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Juhu.
The locality houses the residences of other celebrities including Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Akshay Kumar. Ajay Devgn’s spokesperson has confirmed the news and revealed that the new bungalow is the very lane of his current apartment. The actor has already started the renovation work of his new property. The report also stated that Ajay and Kajol have been looking for a new home in Mumbai for the past one year. The deal was finalized in November last year and the property was transferred in the name of Ajay and his mother Veena Virendra Devgan.
On the work front, Ajay Devgn will be seen in the upcoming movie Bhuj: The Pride Of India, which wil stream on Disney + Hotstar. The film also stars Sanjay Dutta, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi and others in the lead roles. Beside that Ajay Devgn will also be a part of SS Rajamouli’s upcoming film, RRR. The film features Jr NTR and Ram Charan in the lead role. The magnum opus is currently in the post-production stage. The actor will also be seen in Maidaan.
A source revealed that the current rate of the bungalow is around Rs 65 to 70 crore, but due to the pandemic, Ajay Devgn bought it at a discount rate.
