Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar: ₹2.96 Cr Net in Six Days

Anuj Saini’s romantic comedy Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar is settling into a modest weekday rhythm. On Day 6, the film added ₹0.33 crore net from 1,250 shows, taking its six-day India net total to ₹2.96 crore and India gross to ₹3.51 crore, according to Sacnilk’s box office tracker.

The day’s figure is well below the film’s best single-day total so far: ₹70 lakh on Day 2. That pattern — a stronger second day followed by a slide into the working week — is common for a small romantic comedy running on a limited show count rather than a wide multiplex push.

What the show-level data says

  • Day 6 net: ₹0.33 crore across 1,250 shows
  • Six-day India net: ₹2.96 crore; gross ₹3.51 crore
  • Best single day: ₹70 lakh on Day 2
  • Day 7 advance: 1,256 shows listed, ₹32.30 lakh booked by midnight

On a per-show basis, Day 6 worked out to about ₹2,640 per show. Hindi (2D) occupancy averaged 12.3% across 13 tracked regions. Chennai was the standout at 38.5%, followed by Hyderabad at 17.5%. The occupancy map is more revealing than the raw total: the film is finding pockets of demand in a few urban centres while the wider run remains modest.

The numbers carry the usual box office caveat — Sacnilk compiles its data from multiple sources and notes that producer figures can differ. For a six-day-old release, the useful signal is direction rather than precision.

Why the weekday hold matters

A small romantic comedy rarely opens big; its box office case is built or broken in the first Monday-to-Thursday stretch. Day 6 at ₹0.33 crore net is not a breakout, but it also shows the film has not fallen away entirely. With 1,256 shows already listed for Day 7 and ₹32.30 lakh booked as of midnight on 29 October, the advance is running close to the previous day’s final number before walk-ins.

Overseas and worldwide gross figures were not available in the tracker, so the India numbers are the only yardstick of the film’s commercial health right now. Unless word of mouth sharpens and the city-level hold widens, Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar looks set to remain a city-specific, show-count story rather than a broad national turn. The Day 2 peak of ₹70 lakh remains the marker to beat.
