Drishyam 3 crosses ₹216 crore, enters 2026 top five

Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has collected ₹216.50 crore net in India in five days, entering the top five Hindi releases of 2026.

Drishyam 3 enters 2026 top five with ₹216.50 crore

By the end of its fifth day, Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has moved out of “strong opening” territory and into the 2026 charts that matter. The Hindi franchise’s final chapter added ₹19 crore net in India on Tuesday, a modest 9.5% drop from Monday, taking its five-day India net to ₹216.50 crore. Worldwide gross reached ₹341.30 crore, including an overseas gross of ₹81.50 crore.

Five days that changed its ranking

The Abhishek Pathak-directed thriller opened on 2 October with a ₹62 crore Friday and closed its first weekend at ₹176.50 crore net. The fourth day brought ₹21 crore and the fifth ₹19 crore. Attendance on Day 5 stood at 8.76 lakh, with a cumulative 87.59 lakh admissions, according to trade tracker Sacnilk.

That consistency is the real story. A Tuesday drop below 10% after a big franchise opening suggests the audience is not merely frontloaded; the film is holding.

Where it sits in the 2026 chart

At ₹216.50 crore, Drishyam 3 now ranks fifth among 2026 Bollywood releases at the Indian box office. The list:

  • Dhurandhar 2 — ₹1,186.32 crore
  • Border 2 — ₹362.76 crore
  • Hanuman Ansh — ₹325.48 crore
  • Mirzapur the Movie — ₹233.12 crore
  • Drishyam 3: The Conclusion — ₹216.50 crore

It has overtaken Bhooth Bangla, which stands at ₹199.23 crore. The next threshold is Mirzapur the Movie, ₹16.62 crore ahead as of the five-day mark.

The conclusion’s pitch

The film returns Ajay Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar, with the plot once again centred on the family’s attempt to keep the original killing hidden. The case reopens after Tabu’s Meera Deshmukh attempts suicide, and the pursuit draws in a committed police officer played by Jaideep Ahlawat and a public prosecutor played by Prakash Raj. Returning cast includes Shriya Saran, Ishita Dutta and Rajat Kapoor.

For a franchise built on memory, concealment and the price of a lie, the box office now offers its own kind of record: a conclusion that is also a reopening.
