In late January 2021, it was revealed that actor Aamir Khan, who is currently busy Lal Singh Chadha, Is in discussions with filmmaker RS Prasanna for his next film. Earlier the filmmaker put on the helmet Good luck. The actor and director are reportedly discussing the adoption of the 2018 Spanish film, Camps.
According to a tabloid, the actor will reportedly play the role of an alcoholic and arrogant coach in the sports drama. His character arc is such that he goes from an alcoholic to becoming a somber in the film. It is not a quintessential sports film, but is set against its backdrop. Aamir Khan and RS Prasanna said that 5-6 meetings were held for this and the actor is very much interested. While the discussion is going on, the actor will take a final call in the summer of 2021 when he completes its post-production Lal Singh Chadha.

Camps Earth is a sports comedy-drama set against the backdrop of Champions basketball where an arrogant coach is forced to do community service and coach a developmentally disabled team. The film starred Javier Gutierrez, Jose de Luna, Gloria Ramos, Roberto Chinchilla, Athenia Mata, Louisa Gavsa, Mariano Lolante, Daniel Fryer and Juan Margallo. It was directed by Javier Feser.
Aamir Khan’s next project is Mogal, Biopic of Gulshan Kumar. During this, Lal Singh Chadha Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Christmas 2021 is slated for release.
